Ganyesa Hospital Refurbishment | North West
Contract Value: R56,000,000 | Services: Project Management | Sector: Public Health Infrastructure
Appointed as Project and Operations Manager for a major refurbishment of an operational public health facility in the Northern Cape. The scope encompassed new washroom facilities, a new mortuary, new theatre rooms, external paving and access road upgrades, temporary clinic structures for ward decanting, and a new pump room.
Tapestry provided full project management and coordination across multidisciplinary technical teams, maintaining client and end-user liaison throughout. The project required careful management of an active healthcare environment, balancing construction programme delivery against uninterrupted clinical operations.

Engaged as Project Management specialist on behalf of Empact Group, the appointed Facility Manager, to support a client warehouse development and relocation project. Tapestry interfaced directly with the developer, principal contractor, and professional team to ensure the client's specifications were adopted and approvals secured throughout the development process.
Scope of services included client reporting, scope management, and change management — providing the client with a single point of accountability during a complex transition into a new facility.

Commercial Office Upgrades, Mechanical works & Maintenance
Delivered a range of commercial office upgrades and maintenance works for the Client, including paintwork, mechanical installations, new furniture, flooring upgrades, and general office maintenance. Works were coordinated to minimise disruption to operations while maintaining quality, programme and a functional workplace environment.
